  im miker (well i guess you cant pronounce my last name haha), anyway, im sandro recabarren (a lot of rrrrrrr).

  i was jw by 15 years, and i "worked" like pionner and ministerial servant, and sometimes in bethel, and i went to ministerial training shool too.

  but since four years ago, i did discover that jerusalem dont fall at 607 bc.

  do some of you expect?!?!.

  i am extremely disappointed to read some people's comments about the latest news.

  it is one thing to express and opinion, perhaps that you think it isn't as big as you imagined (one wonders what you imagined) but it is another to be downright insulting to people who have put a lot of time and effort into this.. get real.

  Excuse me, but after a thread entitled 'THE NEWS IS BIGGER THAN DATELINE, BBC, CBC, ETC' I was expecting a hell of lot more than an essay telling me what I already knew. I think you are the one that needs to get real mate, not us.

  surprisingly, i do a little.

  and i wasn't even expecting that much from said "news"(certainly not a mass exodus from the org).. but, the more it sinks in, the more disappointed i am.. this was not even "news", let alone "big news".. this is one persons opinion.

  an unproven legal theory, based on the same wt publications everyone has had access to for years.. will it ultimately affect the watchtower?

  i have been a jw all my life, my sister and i are now in our late twenties and are so unhappy and after desparate attempts to keep up meeting attendance are not spiritually motivated.

  we in last few weeks have found some very disturbing things in our search such as the un involvement.

  hi everyone, just thought id tell you about my recent troubles with this scumbag retail monster.

  i brought a printer and it has just gone faulty on me, but it was a few days after the 28 days that pc world say i am entitled to take the product back.

  they told me that i was not able to take the item back, and that i would have to call cannon and get them to come out and sort it.

  Thats right, thats what I told them. Unfortunately, 'taking it back' means either replacement, repair or refund...and it is up to them what they offer. PC World DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AFTER 28 DAYS

  Thank you for your words, as I mentioned earlier I honestly believe that I have read far more interesting, damaging reports on the WT over at freeminds and elsewhere. This is just an essay - does anybody know who wrote it, and was he/she part of the WT like 'our' experts with firsthand knowledge? Or was it rather a born again type annoying sort who thinks now he has found 'Jesus' he has the right to create 'groundbraking' essays which are neither here nor there?

  I had several vicious private messages from board members who didnt like the fact that on Miss Andersons initial 'look at me' post I commented that I thought whatever news she may have had, I doubted it was really 'big' and labelled her an attentionm seeker for hyping the whole thing up. Now that I know that the news turned out to be some essay which to be honest I have seen greater exposes' of from people like Randy Watters, I know that this woman just wanted a bit of attention and her credibility has been called into question.
